Delivery and Returns
Shipping is not included in the cost of ordering our products. To ensure the lowest possible cost to you, we deliver Royal Mail Second Class.
Order will be delivered in multiple packages. Packages will be in sizes of 1-2.
UK Shipping costs:
1 item = 85p
2 items = £1.35
3 items = £2.15
4 items = £2.65
5 items = £3.50
Deliveries to the EU start from £2.97
Orders will be dispatched between 1-2 days from the date you place your order.
Royal Mail Second Class takes between 1-3 working days.
Please note that all items will be delivered with a proof of postage from the Royal Mail. If an item does get lost then the Royal Mail advise that a period of time must pass before this item is officially lost. Unfortunately refunds or replacements will not be issued for lost post.
Returns & refunds
In the event you receive any faulty items please notify us within 30 days so that a refund or exchange can be processed.
If you wish to return any non-faulty products, please notify and return the item to us within 14 days of receiving your goods unused and in the same condition that you received them.
Items will be inspected upon return. Any item showing signs of wear or washing will not be issued a refund and will be returned to you.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied automatically to your original method of payment. This credit can take a few days to appear in your account.
We gladly provide exchanges for products in a different size. If you wish to exchange your products, please contact us at - firstname.lastname@example.org

We can not cover the cost of returns and recommend you return your packages to us via Royal Mail or your preferred service. We also recommend you ask for proof of postage of your order as packages not received will not be refunded/exchanged.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after our confirmation, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for some credit card services to show the returned money.
